Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your SisterStory purchase. If for any reason, you would like an exchange or refund, please contact us by email; sisters@sisterstory.co.uk and return your unworn/unused item within 14 days of purchase, complete with the original packaging. We cannot exchange products that have been worn, appear to have been misused or are no longer in their original packaging.  

If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail: sisters@sisterstory.co.uk and return the product within 14 days of purchase.

Any inconsistencies with your order must be notified by email within 3 working days of receipt.

Our stone jewellery is made from naturally sourced stones. Consequently, the stones in each piece are unique and may differ slightly from the image on the website. If the piece you have received has different inclusions and markings, it is NOT considered faulty. 

Freshwater pearls are naturally grown and come in unique shapes and a range of colours. Their shape and tone may also vary slightly. Where your product differs slightly to that on the website, it is NOT considered a fault. 

Our jewellery comes with a six-month warranty. Please follow the care instructions to ensure your jewellery remains in good condition and can be enjoyed for many years. 

If your jewellery breaks or tarnishes due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the product. We cannot accept liability for tarnishing due to misuse of perfumes etc.

   

In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items and are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

The return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost and we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty, we will refund your postage costs. Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault, we may contact you.
