What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Should there be a problem with your order, our customer care team is here to help as quickly as possible.  Telephone calls and emails will be answered during office hours.  Our contact details are here.

Can I find out if you will be getting replacement stock on items that have sold out?

If you miss out on that special piece you have been eyeing-up, please pop your details here and we will let you know if extra stock is due in.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

SisterStory jewellery is created from individually set natural stones and hand-knotted natural pearls. All of our earrings are created using 925 Silver posts. 925 Silver is naturally nickel-free and therefore should not pose allergenic problems. Unless stamped as 925 Silver, our other silver pieces are a base metal of polished copper with silver plating. This plating is also nickel-free and non-allergenic.

Are your products ethically produced?

All SisterStory pieces are ethically sourced and handmade by our own small team of personally selected jewellery makers, who are paid a fair wage.

Do you look after the environment?

All of our SisterStory pieces are made from natural stones and pearls, and no harm is done to the environment in sourcing these materials.

Hand Stamped Tag

All our necklaces and bracelets feature a delicate hand-stamped tag embossed with our SisterStory logo. Each unique piece is handmade with love and carefully finished with this detail. 

Jewellery Packaging

All our jewellery is presented in an organza bag. 

We recommend that, when not wearing your SisterStory jewellery, you fasten chains and store in the original packaging to prevent tangling.

Gifting

We offer a wide range of gifting options and services.

  • Complimentary Gift Message
    You can add a gift message to accompany your order free of charge.
    Please add this message to the ‘special instructions’ box at the checkout. We will print your message onto a branded card and add it to your order.

  • Gift Wrapping
    For a small extra cost, we offer a gift-wrapping service. Just tick the ‘Gift Wrap’ option next to your item at the checkout. You can also write a gift message which we will add to your order on a branded card.

  • Gift Card
    Unable to make up your mind? We offer a range of gift vouchers, from £20 to £200 & can include a personalised gift message, if required.
